TERMS&
CONDITIONS:

Requirement to be given with Details of
vacancies namely age, qualification,Experience, salary etc to be offered to the
prospective candidate.
·
Our professional service charge is 8.33% Salary of Anual CTC salary
+ Service Tax as per we appointment
letter issued to the candidates.
·
Bill to rise within One month of appointment and payment to be made after After One month from the date of joining.
·
·
In case if candidate leaves the jobs within
5 month from the date of joining replacement would be provided without further
placement charges.
·
·
The fee shall be payable by bank draft /
cheque in favor of Rashika Placement service.
·
·
any candidate recommended by us join your organization within six
months from the date of sending his/her resume and /or first interview, you
shall still be required to pay our professional fees, as applicable.
·
